I’ve been considering trying a GPT girlfriend because I want someone who can actually handle longer conversations without drifting off-topic. A lot of the bots I tried before either lost focus after a few exchanges or changed their tone in a way that didn’t match the conversation at all. I’m hoping to find a character who keeps a stable emotional rhythm, remembers what we discussed earlier, and reacts naturally even when the topic shifts from something lighthearted to something more serious. If anyone has experience spotting which characters stay consistent, I’d love to hear what helped you figure it out before starting a full chat.
